"Every Child is a World" Program on TRT News Agenda

At Durak Hazelnuts, we prioritize protecting children's futures and supporting the most valuable form of labor. The "Every Child is a World" program, featured on TRT News, is one of the most powerful reflections of this vision. Thanks to the program, child labor is being reduced in hazelnut orchards, and the children of seasonal agricultural workers are being provided a safe, educational, and fun learning environment. Instead of working in orchards, children are receiving education in workshops, learning through play, and continuing their healthy development. The project also monitors the children's health; regular oral and dental screenings ensure they take healthier steps into the future. At Durak Hazelnuts, we consider supporting children's education and health, as well as protecting labor in the production process, to be an important part of our social responsibility.
